Qualifications:

• Active and current state Occupational Therapy license (required at time of application)
• Up-to-date IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be present and valid)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and individualized therapy interventions
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across PreK-8th grade
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of developmental, sensory, and functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to create tailored support plans
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving student goals
• Stay up to date on best practices and maintain required certifications and licenses
