Senior Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Cloud ERP

JobID: 53776 Senior Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Cloud ERP Pay: $65 - $70 per hour (contract) Location: Hybrid (remote possible) Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation and integration of critical enterprise systems. The project focuses on Vertex Tax Engine integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and automating B2B customer rebates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between functional finance expertise and technical integration skills, ensuring seamless system connectivity and data accuracy for financial processing, payments, and general ledger activities. Requirements:
- Proven techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
- Hands-on experience with tax engine integrations, preferably Vertex
- Knowledge of rebate management processes and systems
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, including Kafka and REST API frameworks
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP integration tools (FBDI, OIC, REST APIs)
- Solid grasp of financial data flows, accounting, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting large enterprise implementations with multiple integrated systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integrated environments
- Design and implement Vertex tax engine integration with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Support development of B2B Customer Rebate automation solutions, including rebate calculations, accruals, and settlements
- Collaborate on integration architecture using Kafka event streams and Oracle integration methods
- Define and validate data mappings, flows, and reconciliation processes for accurate financial postings
- Work closely with Product Management, Business Stakeholders, QA teams, and vendors to refine requirements and support project delivery
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems
- Conversion opportunities to full-time roles upon successful project completion
