Procurement Specialist

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking experienced, full-time Procurement Specialist to join our teams in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be schedule driven with savvy negotiation skills, be highly organized, a relationship builder, customer service driven, and a team player. This candidate will also have three years related work experience with a purchasing background. Duties and Responsibilities Create purchase orders Cycle counting and inventory management Procure and Expedite materials in a timely manner Develop, implement, and maintain an inventory strategy that supports our company's supply chain Build and manage positive vendor and supplier relationships Support Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience with a purchasing background Excellent written and communication skills Inventory Data Management Thrives in high-speed settings & uses strong time-management skills to meet deadlines Managed efficient supply chains that reduced delivery times and costs Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently Willing to be a team player Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
