A-1 Chimney is a rapidly growing national company expanding across multiple markets and service lines.

We are looking for a seasoned, proven business operator who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the company and help turn our vision into reality.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages tasks.

We need a leader who manages leaders, drives performance, understands numbers, and knows how to grow a business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
• Manage and hold General Managers and department leaders accountable.
• Review KPIs weekly and ensure targets are being met.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational growth.
• Oversee marketing, sales, dispatch, client relations, and field operations.
• Coach managers and employees to improve performance.
• Identify problems, create solutions, and make sure they get executed.
• Build systems, processes, and accountability as the company scales.
• Help lead the expansion of new services and markets.
• Work directly with ownership to turn the company's vision into an actionable plan.

You should have:

• Significant business and operational leadership experience.
• A proven track record of taking a business from A to Z and driving growth .
• Experience managing managers and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of revenue, KPIs, numbers, and profitability.
• Exceptional coaching and people-management skills.
• Strong sales and business-growth instincts.
• The ability to lead with both accountability and personality.
• A high-energy, ambitious, “make it happen” mindset.

Your compensation is designed to reward results, with a $120,000 base salary, minimum $30,000 commission opportunity, and additional performance-based bonuses tied to company growth.

There is no artificial ceiling on your earning potential as the company continues to grow.
