The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored byU.S. News & World Reportas a ‘Best Nursing Home‘ is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”** Full-time, Wed., Thurs., and Sat. ** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift DifferentialA day in the life may include:Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythmPerforming comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessmentsInitiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident careDeveloping assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfactionTo be successful in the role, you would have:Current RN licenseCurrent CPR certificationCurrent/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferredWhat‘s in it for you?As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operators of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
