0.5FTE Half-Time Job Share Outpatient Pediatrician Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group Various locations throughout San Diego County Position Details: 2.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day Salary Range: $115,000-$183,650+. Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process. Outpatient after hour call of once every 6-8 weeks (phone call only) In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO, and Allergy New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch Rounding 1 week at a time every 10 weeks Level III NICU Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group) Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns Must be board certified/eligible to be considered Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package Shareholder track: Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible #J-18808-Ljbffr
