Job Summary

This is a Sunday through Thursday position. Hours are 1 PM to 8 PM. This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs. Responsibilities:

• Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.
• Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.
• Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.
• Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.
• Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
• Data entry skills - Required
• Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• 6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred
