Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role involves working in a high-caliber work environment closely with an academic medical center. The job focuses on critical cardiac care and requires dedicated experience in cardiac post-procedural patient management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Provide effective care for patients with cardiac conditions including CABG, valve replacement, and heart transplants
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage both titrating and non-titrating cardiac drips
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate competence with unit-specific equipment and procedures
• Adapt to floating across similar units when required

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• A minimum of 1-year cardiology experience, specifically in post-procedural cardiac care
• Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation skills
• Experience with cardiac drips
• PCCN preferred
