Healthways, Inc., a comprehensive behavior health care facility, located at 501 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV has an opening for a Full-Time Admissions/Biling Clerk.

The Admissions/Billing Clerk will be responsible for reviewing, researching, coding, and generating third party billing. This position will be primary to confirm medical information received is accurate to ensure there will be no delay in receiving payment from the insurance provider. The Admissions/Billing Clerk will be responsible in entering payments received into the software system.

Must have a strong knowledge of record keeping principles as mandated in regulations set forth by WVDHHR, Medicare, MCO and other insurance programs. Working knowledge of CHMC and myEvolv preferred but not required. Ability to use Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently. Effective communication skills as position will be working with other departments.

Qualifications for the Admissions/Billing Clerk position is must a high school diploma or GED. Must also have a minimum of two (2) years of paid-related work experience.
