Nonprofit Program Associate - $23-30/hr - DC

Our client, a national nonprofit organization is seeking a Nonprofit Program Associate to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C. About The Job Coordinate and execute patient symposia, webinars, and educational programs from planning through completion Manage event logistics, including registration, vendors, budgets, participant communications, and onsite support Serve as the primary point of contact for venues, vendors, speakers, partners, and participants Support educational initiatives, volunteer programs, SunAWARE, and community outreach efforts Maintain program documentation, tracking systems, educational resources, and event records Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery About You Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in event coordination, educational programs, project management, or nonprofit operations Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience managing budgets, invoices, and event-related financials Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; CRM or registration system experience preferred Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel and support occasional evening or weekend events About The Position Start Date: ASAP! $23-$30/hr Hybrid: 2 days onsite Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for events Approximately 20% domestic travel required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
