We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, values precision, and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoPerform diagnostic testing on patient samples using standardized procedures and automated laboratory instruments.Prepare, collect, and analyze bodily fluids and other specimens for abnormalities, including blood samples used in transfusion-related testing.Review results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical values, then report and document findings according to organizational standards.Operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively while supporting routine maintenance and quality assurance activities.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, continuing education, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.What You BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Science, requiredCertification: Medical Technologist licensure through ASCP or AMT preferredStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accurate, reliable resultsAbility to work safely with bloodborne pathogens, biological materials, hazardous medications, latex, and chemical hazardsComfort with frequent sitting, computer work, equipment handling, and occasional standing, walking, and light liftingUnderstanding of confidentiality requirements when handling demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, and medical record informationWhy join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
