We are looking to hire a DYNAMIC SALES MANAGER who will Lead, Inspire, Grow and Succeed. We’re looking for a leader who: Brings strong desking experience with the proven ability to work deals and drive results. Knows F&I inside and out, having a solid understanding of finance products and profitability. Builds a positive culture, creating an environment where people love to work and customers love to buy. Develops and grows a team, being passionate about training, mentoring, and helping others succeed. Is customer focused, being committed to delivering an exceptional experience every time. Qualifications/Requirements: Strong deal structuring, closing, and communication skills Confident in making calls, coaching staff, and leading by example Knowledge of used car operations/inventory strategy is a bonus Motivated, coachable, and highly driven to succeed Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
