Robin Kelly For Senate: Events Manager

Robin Kelly For Senate is searching for an Events Manager for the 2026 election cycle to assist with Congresswoman Kelly's fundraising program. This is a mid-level position based in Chicago, IL and will report to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance Director and the in-state finance team to plan, execute, and manage campaign fundraising events
• Recruit and manage event hosts, committees, and attendees
• Track event revenue, expenses, and performance
• Oversee event logistics from planning to execution
• Manage donor and host relationships
• Create event invitations and ActBlue pages
• Staff events, including evenings and weekends
• Travel statewide for events
• Other duties as assigned, which may grow throughout the cycle

Qualifications:

• Highly detail-oriented and passionate about Robin Kelly's Senate campaign
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, flexible for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Numero, NGP, ActBlue, and call time software required
• Valid driver's license and car required
• Cell phone and laptop required
• Minimum one cycle of finance experience required

Salary: $4,500-$6,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
