Natural inclination to do detective work to resolve data discrepanciesQualificationsInvestment and sustainability knowledge7-10 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, research, or related financial services (experience in dedicated data roles preferred)Solid understanding of investment concepts and market dynamics (fixed income experience a plus)Experience working in or alongside sustainability/ESG functions is strongly preferredFamiliarity with sustainability frameworks, data, and market practices (e.g., TCFD, SFDR, climate metrics, ESG data providers)Data fluency (but not necessarily a builder)Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into insightsAbility to partner effectively with technical teams (Technology, data engineering) without needing to build solutions independentlyFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI and SQL (strongly preferred).
