The Role

We are looking for a team-first Physical Therapist who is energized by working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will carry an outpatient caseload, co-develop integrated care plans with colleagues across disciplines, and contribute to a culture where every provider's voice matters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team on shared care plans
• Participate in regular team case conferences and clinical huddles
• Educate patients on movement, self-care, and lifestyle strategies
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Illinois PT licensure
• Strong collaboration, professionalism, and communication skills
• Genuine interest in integrative and whole-person care

Preferred:

• 1+ years of outpatient or wellness setting experience (student clinic or professional environment)
• Pelvic floor therapy knowledge or certification (a strong plus)
• Familiarity with complementary and integrative medicine (can train)
