Caregiver – Professional In‑Home Support

Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs + 20 completed shifts)

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking qualified, dedicated caregivers to provide high‑quality support to clients in both home and facility settings. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and compassion.

The Caregiver is responsible for providing direct care, assistance with daily living activities, and supportive services to clients with varying needs, including those requiring memory care, ADL assistance, and safe transfer techniques such as Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt use. This role requires reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining client dignity and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication reminders
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Memory care support for clients with cognitive decline
• Safe transfer techniques including gait belt and Hoyer lift operation
• Personal hygiene and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and dietary support
• Light housekeeping and environmental safety
• Companionship and emotional support
• Accurate reporting and communication with care teams
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care or facility)
• Demonstrated experience with memory care, ADLs, Hoyer Lift, and Gait Belt
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Successful completion of a background check
