AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer.

As a Senior Graphic Designer with AGENCY you will be responsible for working directly with the creative and account services team to ensure strategic direct mail campaigns are designed, edited, approved and sent to print on deadline.

The ideal candidate for this position will be creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated. This is the job for you if you have a positive outlook, are excellent at interpersonal communication, and are capable of delivering excellent design.

This role is remote , and candidates must be based in the US.

As a Senior Graphic Designer with AGENCY, your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with our Creative and Client Service teams to concept and design direct mail campaigns
• Establish or implement existing branding for individual campaigns
• Creating compelling political branding and logo design
• Deliver industry leading design and error-free editing on time sensitive timelines
• Quality control and preflight final jobs to send to printers
• Quickly switching between a variety of work and clients
• Availability to meet client deadlines including night and weekend work as needed.
• Direct a team of designers to efficiently deliver quality design
• Mentor junior designers to implement design direction

This is a position for the 2026 election cycle. Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. The compensation range for this position is $6,100 monthly, based on employee location and experience. End of cycle bonuses are also awarded, dependent on individual and firm performance. To help ensure equity is centered in our recruitment and hiring process, we do not negotiate starting salaries.

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work remotely, both individually and with a team
• Expertise working in and understanding of best practices for Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Familiarity with Adobe Firefly or other AI design tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and quick learner along with creative thinking
• Comfortable delegating design work to other members of a team
• Ability to work within project management software, cloud file storage, and folder structure
• Ability to create high volumes of original designs based on creative memos from client service staff
• Have strong visual skills with careful attention to detail and attentiveness to different project goals
• Ability to effectively articulate design feedback to junior design staff
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale to creative and client service teams
