What You’ll Do Support VNA Health Group’s mission by striving for excellence in every aspect of patient care and teamwork. Deliver compassionate, responsive service that creates a positive experience for patients, caregivers, and team members. Complete comprehensive nutritional evaluations for identified patients in accordance with VNA Health Group policy. Collaborate with the care team, patients, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care. Follow agency infection control and safety policies to help maintain a safe care environment. Model professionalism by adhering to organizational policies related to attendance, appearance, and workplace expectations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or a related field. Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Experience working with culturally diverse populations. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Computer experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This role may include working indoors and outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, and using a phone and tablet for documentation. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $32.00 to USD $42.00.
