As a Product Specialist, you'll be the Clozd Platform expert to assist our existing clients and internal users. This is a high-impact role for someone who's equal parts technical, curious, and client-savvy. You'll bridge clients and Product by helping customers implement new functionality, troubleshooting complex technical issues, answering difficult product questions, and translating client needs into clear, actionable product feedback. What you will be doing: Serve as the primary client-facing technical resource for existing clients, owning conversations around implementing technical integrations and new features that fall outside standard onboarding Investigate bugs thoroughly in order to hand Product highly detailed reports that make fixes faster to build, review, and ship, while keeping clients and internal stakeholders updated along the way Track AI quality signals for in-app features like AskClozd and proactively investigate issues based on frequency, severity, and client impact, bringing Product a clearly defined problem and potential solution Become the go-to resource for difficult product questions that can't be answered by AI or existing documentation. Dig into the platform, logs, data, and other available resources to find answers independently before escalating to Product or Engineering Advocate for client-driven feature requests by validating the need, assessing impact and urgency, and bringing Product a well-defined request with clear context, desired outcomes, and potential solutions Continuously improve and scale how we support clients by automating documentation updates, improving the AI support bot, increasing visibility into bug and feature-request status, and building better internal and external enablement Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, implementation, solutions engineering, product, technical account management, or another client-facing technical role Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar problems independently—across logs, data, system behavior, and product configuration—and explain them in clear, accessible terms Comfortable and professional engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders Sharp critical-thinking and investigative skills, with a natural instinct to find the answer yourself before escalating A builder's mindset, always looking for ways to help our clients more effectively and scalably instead of simply executing the existing process Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive issues to resolution and keep stakeholders informed along the way Alignment with Clozd's core values: vision, drive, empathy, stewardship, authenticity, and integrity Clozd is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
