Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented Machine Operators / Sewers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality products.
Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not requiredwe provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines.
- Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions.
- Identify and correct garment or stitching defects during the production process.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Visual Precision: Ability to identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers.
- Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles and manipulate small objects.
- Technical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls.
- Pace: Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Experience: 12 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fast-paced environment.
