As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and healthcare setting. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established procedures and protocols

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and document patient progress, noting any changes or concerns

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience (we will consider recent graduates and provide ongoing training and support)

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including per diem shifts
