We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer billing processes, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and strong communication skills via email. Key Responsibilities Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in customer billing and customer record maintenance. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence. Experience with customer service and handling billing inquiries. Knowledge of accounting principles related to billing and credit management.
