Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proficient Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our compassionate team. Core Responsibilities
  • Execute a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Prioritize patient comfort and safety, providing clear and empathetic explanations throughout each procedure
  • Forge partnerships with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional diagnostic images
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment efficiently, reporting any issues immediately
  • Document imaging procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic medical system
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices
Education Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program
Certifications Required
  • Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Skills Needed
  • Exceptional technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
