Senior Asset Manager

Successful, growing Real Estate Management company is seeking a full time Asset Manager with experience in Residential Multifamily Properties. Opportunity to join a great team with significant opportunities for growth. Job requires oversight of property managers and day-to-day operations which will include the review of monthly reports, income and financial statements, etc. Two days a week traveling is required on most weeks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a must. Responsibilities Develop and manage business plans including investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing positioning, team, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives. Perform on‑site property visits and conduct property reviews to evaluate performance. Help create, implement, and follow‑up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at the property. Proactively create new initiatives to further enhance property performance. Review of monthly and annual financial statements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
