Corporate Paralegal

A growing in house legal team is seeking a Junior Corporate Paralegal to support corporate transactions, commercial contracts, compliance initiatives, and regulatory filings in a fast paced healthcare environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to move into a sophisticated in house role with exposure to high level transactional work and direct collaboration with attorneys and business leaders.

What you’ll do:

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and amendments

• Support corporate transactions and maintain related documentation

• Assist with regulatory filings, registrations, and compliance matters

• Conduct legal research on federal and state regulations

• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed

• Track contracts and maintain records in the contract management system

• Help ensure the legal team operates efficiently and proactively

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in house setting

• Experience with contracts, corporate governance, and commercial transactions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment

• Professional communication skills and sound judgment handling confidential matters

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Paralegal certificate preferred

Preferred background:

• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience is a plus but not required

Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite each week in the Main Line area.
