The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.Experience: 3 or more years of effective/progressive leadership experience in a distribution environment. Previous experience with Big Box retailers a plus. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.Skills: Must possess strong management and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees. Excellent working knowledge of safety practices and regulations, including OSHA compliance. Strong communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, be a team player and have the proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.Essential FunctionsEssential job function is promoting and ensuring a safe work environment.
