Facilities ManagerResponsible for effectively planning, developing, implementing, overseeing, and integrating the overall management of facility support for the Center. Sets and maintains professional and ethical standards among department personnel.Responsible for recommending, planning, and executing site space-plan changesOversees and plans annual facility spending for office services, building and grounds maintenance, and facility expansion or improvement projectsPlans, organizes, schedules, and directs the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization facilitiesDevelops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirementsMonitors and inspects all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followedPrepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocationsEvaluates completed work and checks for conformance to specificationsMay direct the safety and/or security functions of the facilitiesOther duties as assignedBachelor's Degree in business management, facilities management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceMaintenance experience requiredFamiliarity with building upkeep, structural issues, and grounds maintenanceAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
