Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour based off skills/experience and interview.

2nd Shift

Monday-Friday | 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM

$19.00 - $22.50 per hour based off skills/experinece and interview.

✅ Paid training provided on 1st shift during the first few weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools, equipment, and established work instructions.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect completed work and identify quality concerns or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, labor tracking, inventory data, and process documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies.
• Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in required training and certification programs.
• Support team operations and assist with training new employees as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.
