Seasonal Hybrid Sales Representative – Holiday Lighting & Décor
Light Empires LLC
Phoenix Metro & West Valley, AZ
Hybrid | Seasonal | Commission-Based
Light Empires is hiring experienced Sales Representatives to sell premium seasonal decorating services throughout the Phoenix metro and West Valley.
The season begins with a strong focus on Fall & Halloween décor , including exterior decorating and Halloween event styling. As the season progresses, professional Christmas lighting becomes the primary sales focus , along with Christmas tree decorating.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to company-generated leads
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Follow up by phone, text, and email
- Conduct virtual and in-person homeowner consultations
- Prepare and present quotes
- Secure signed agreements and deposits
- Conduct neighborhood prospecting and door knocking
- Generate self-sourced sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Compensation
- Commission starts at 13.5% on qualifying sales
- Performers can progress to 20% commission or more
- Uncapped earning potential
- Discretionary end-of-season performance bonus
- Sales incentives may include gift cards, cash bonuses, and other performance rewards.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and asking for the sale
- Comfortable with phone sales and door-to-door prospecting
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Reliable smartphone with data
- Access to a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer
- Ability to work remotely and throughout the Phoenix metro/West Valley
Schedule
Seasonal and flexible. Evening and weekend availability is helpful.
