Talent Selection Specialist

Is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) hiring leaders by delivering top talent. Will advance HFHS as an employer of choice across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. Will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. Will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and pre-employment components involved in recruiting. Position is hybrid. Education/Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate). Experience with applicant tracking system. Working Conditions Normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
