**Position Details**

**Minimum Qualifications**

- **At least 2 years of dental front office experience \(required\)**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and presenting treatment plans
- Knowledge of dental practice management software is preferred
- Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

**Responsibilities**

- Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient financial arrangements
- Answer phones and manage patient communications
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
