HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Flynn Aire Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our fast-paced office team. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy multitasking, and have excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate HVAC service technicians throughout the day
• Answer busy multi-line phones and schedule service appointments
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and technician arrival times
• Order parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs
• Prepare service invoices and process billing
• Assist with accounts receivable and customer payments
• Maintain accurate service records and update dispatch software
• Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
