Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of available units and community amenities. Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately. Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community features, pricing, and availability. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information. Participate in community events and marketing efforts to attract new residents. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This position is based in St. Charles, IL, and involves working in an office setting as well as touring the property. Availability to work Saturdays is required. What we offer you!
