This full-time role supports procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supply chain analytics within a vibrant healthcare setting that includes a Critical Access Hospital and multiple rural clinics.Job SummaryUnder the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing requisition workflows, sourcing approved items, and maintaining compliance with contracts and policies. You will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues and monitor stock levels to support timely restocking and freight check-in. Your responsibilities also include coordinating shipments, verifying deliveries, and addressing discrepancies.Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and support forecasting will be an important part of your role, along with recommending solutions during supply disruptions. You will provide operational coverage during staff absences or peak periods and assist with ERP system buildouts and data conversions.
