This position focuses on ensuring accurate scheduling, registration, and financial support for patients accessing clinic and hospital services.Job SummaryAs a Patient Access Specialist I, you will be responsible for registering patients accurately using specialized software, verifying insurance and benefits, and managing referrals and pre-authorizations. You will conduct registration interviews, handle point-of-service collections including co-payments and balances, and maintain daily cash drawer operations.
