Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses the challenge of converting complex enterprise financial data into clear strategic direction for executive leadership. The position solves inefficiencies across reporting cycles by modernizing close processes and financial tool workflows. By bridging operational performance with consolidated financial outcomes, the role ensures continuous clarity around key business drivers and strategic growth initiatives.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Lead and ensure timely and accurate distribution of monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheets, P&Ls, and SAC (Subscriber Acquisition Cost) reporting to key stakeholders
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of external financial statements such as 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Oversee the development and production of high-quality quarterly investor relations presentations and earnings call preparation materials for C-level executives, Board of Directors and Audit Commettee materials
• Synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership discussion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the CFO, providing high-impact ad hoc analysis and financial modeling
• Collaborate with multiple teams and department heads, including accounting, to translate operational drivers into consolidated financial views,and play a key role in the month/quarter/year end process
• Continuously refine reporting processes, leveraging financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Excel, Tableau) and AI to enhance efficiency and transparency

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of financial reporting systems a plus (e.g., Hyperion, Onestream), and Google Suite - primarily Sheets and Slides
• Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Analytical Storytelling: Ability to focus on the "why" behind results rather than just reporting the events
• Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level presentations
• A proactive mindset to challenge current processes and a bility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment to manage competing priorities effectively

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, or FP&A
• Microsoft Excel
• OneStream, Tableau, or similar financial reporting and BI applications
• Financial statement analysis and reporting frameworks

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
