Job Summary Davis H. Elliot Company is seeking ahighly motivated, detail-orientedFinancial Analyst with2-4years of professional experience to join our team.This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Director of FP&A, supporting high-impact financial initiatives and strategic planning efforts across the organization. As a key contributor toour finance team, you will play a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.You will gainexposure to executive-leveldecision makingandhave the opportunity toinfluence business outcomes through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support forecasting and reporting processes Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports withvariance analysis and commentary Assistsin the development of financial models to evaluate businessinitiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes Collaboratecross-functionallyto ensureaccuratefinancial data and insights Continuously improve reporting tools, processes, and financial systems to drive efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-4years ofexperience in a financial analysis or related role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;experience with financial modeling Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasksin a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications MBA certification Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or otherfinancial planning software Today, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
