Human Resources Business Partner with Technical Recruiting

In this role, you will play a dual role in IT recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities.Your Role:IT Recruiting (50% of the time)Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functions.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies.Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations.Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports.Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent.HR Generalist Responsibilities (50% of your time)Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data integrity.Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making.Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.Partner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects.Requirements3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions.Prior experience working in a software or SaaS-based technology company.A strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.Experience partnering with hiring managers for technical roles and collaborating with managers on HR activities such as performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.Experience using structured interviewing, consistent interview scorecards, and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and support hiring decisions.Experience handling employee relations matters, supporting performance management processes, and conducting HR investigations with sound documentation and confidentiality practices.Experience supporting onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.Experience maintaining HR records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and supporting HR compliance initiatives.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data.Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workable is preferred.A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.Eligibility to work in the United States.Experience supporting performance management through goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs and coaching practices is a plus.Experience building onboarding plans, such as 30/60/90-day plans, is a plus.Being located in the Eastern Time Zone is preferred.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Extensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short term Disability) effective after a short waiting periodMatching 401K program - 100% match on 4%.Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of service.Flexible Time Off & Company HolidaysEntrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunitiesWe value transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
