A rewarding opportunity is available for an outpatient pharmacist to support patient care in a community-focused setting near Amery, WI. - Amery, WI, with assignment to an outpatient pharmacy in St. Croix Falls, WI, providing convenient access for professionals willing to work in the nearby area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and review them for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper storage of medications.
- Provide support and education to pharmacy staff as needed.
Qualifications:
