Traveling Concrete Construction General Laborer Pay: $20–$25/hr

Join a skilled construction crew repairing and maintaining utility poles, sports lighting systems, and telecom towers across the U.S.

What You'll Do

• Travel nationwide for projects (typically 5–6 weeks on, 1 week off)
• Repair and maintain utility poles, light poles, and telecom towers
• Perform concrete work, including forming, setting, and repairs
• Conduct inspections and document findings
• Use power tools and hand tools safely
• Assist with repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Work at heights using proper safety equipment
• Complete basic reports and inspection records
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects on time

What We're Looking For?

• Construction, concrete, utility, or outdoor labor experience
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Comfortable working at heights
• Experience with structural repairs or inspections is a plus
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools
• Strong work ethic and safety mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
