Job Overview

The Admin, Partner Center, Contracts & Citi supports the growth and development of domestic and/or offshore Partners. They analyze statistical data and manage offshore performance based on contractual service level agreements. They proactively address issues, participate in special projects, and provide feedback to all levels of management through customized reporting. Additionally, they develop and present spreadsheets, charts, and graphs. They contribute creative ideas to automate functions for achieving departmental goals and supervise, coach, and develop assigned associates. They also perform other assigned duties.

What You Will Do

• Supervise partners and manage performance through trend analysis, process audits, and key reinforcement strategies
• Maintain relationships and communicate regularly with both internal and external partner center team members and departments within Macy’s
• Manage technology, systems, and access to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Collaborate and innovate through regular analysis of external benchmarks
• Train, supervise, coach, and develop Partner Center staff; monitor staffing adherence; provide input on performance evaluations
• Advocate for brand experience enhancement, consistently striving to improve the customer and vendor colleague experience for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s
• Innovate with partners to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Skills You Will Need

Supervisory Skills: Proficient in supervising partners and managing performance through trend analysis, process audits, and reinforcement strategies

Communication: Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships and communicate regularly with both internal and external partner center team members and Macy’s departments

Technology Management: Ability to manage technology, systems, and access to ensure accurate data and reporting

Collaboration and Innovation: Skilled in collaborating and innovating through regular analysis of external benchmarks

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to train, supervise, coach, and develop Partner Center staff, while also monitoring staffing adherence and providing input on performance evaluations

Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation with partners and execute special projects effectively

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze data and present logical recommendations to business owners

Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands effectively

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines efficiently

Customer Service: Ability to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal customers consistently

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong knowledge of MCCS systems. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred for efficient collaboration and document management.

Who You Are

• Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply
• Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and all levels of internal and external business partners
• Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
• Some travel may be required/available based on business need. Potential for international travel (Asia, Central, or South America).

Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
