Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L1.5)

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L1.5)

Location: Austin, TX Locals Only, Day 1 Onsite

Duration: Long-Term

Experience: 3 4 years (only this much year will be considered)

Interview: Monday Single Round

Required skills: Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams), Active Directory and user account support, ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems, and hardware/peripheral troubleshooting, workstation imaging and deployment, VPN/VDI troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Strict Screening Requirements:

Candidates must be local to Austin, TX and available for Day 1 onsite.
Strong, genuine, and verifiable hands-on experience is mandatory.
Candidates must be fully prepared and available for Monday's interview.
