Job Description:
Seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Windows OS troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow/ticketing systems, hardware support, workstation imaging, VPN/VDI troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Requirements: Must be local to Austin, available for Day 1 onsite, and prepared for Monday's interview. Clear background check (BGC) eligibility is mandatory.
