Technology Financing Consultant

Responsibilities Support execution of operating leasing and rental transactions Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with customers and funding partners Contribute to successful delivery of financing solutions to strengthen customer relationships Handle Sales' inquiries for installment-based payment models and leasing contracts Prepare and issue accounts receivable invoices and credit/debit notes Review and reconcile customer rental documentation with leasing provider contracts Create domestic and international invoices Manage assets and end-of-term activities including returns and logistics coordination Prepare calculations and quotations for buyouts, extensions, and insurance claims Act as an interface between Sales, Customers, Leasing Providers, Finance, and Collections Maintain active relationships with leasing partners Support continuous process improvement with SAP, Finance, and Sales Participate in relevant IT and software projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum three years of experience in IT financing or related field Strong commercial, financial, and mathematical skills Basic accounting knowledge and strong cost awareness Experience with SAP and a solid understanding of leasing operations High attention to detail and strong numeracy, including proficiency in Excel Legally eligible to work in the United States Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language Good self-organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm Resilience, able to deal with stressful situations Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains Commercially astute Team-oriented working and thinking Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Bachelor’s degree in Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
