Attorney – Family Law & Litigation Chicago, IL A respected Chicago law firm is looking to add an experienced attorney to its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of litigation experience and be interested in working on sophisticated, client-focused matters in a fast-paced legal environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex disputes involving family, financial, and personal matters. The firm values attorneys who are proactive, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of their cases while collaborating as part of a team. What You’ll Be Doing Represent clients in contested and non-contested litigation matters Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement agreements Manage discovery and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Develop legal strategy and assist with case evaluation and resolution Maintain strong client service and responsiveness throughout the legal process What the Firm is Looking For 4+ years of litigation experience Illinois Bar license in good standing Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities Courtroom experience preferred Family law experience is welcomed, but attorneys with strong general litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gpac
