The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, and coordinating care with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Job Details Position Description: Delivering patient-centered care in the emergency setting, utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS); AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS certification; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification; 2 years of ER experience; Location requirements. Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: None listed. Additional Information: Collects relevant patient data, develops and implements care plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other related duties as assigned.
