Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract Pay Rate: $29.00 - 33.00/hr Our client, a major US energy and utilities organisation, is looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening through to closing candidates, while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree Prior recruiting experience, ideally across both agency and corporate environments Proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent Knowledge/Skills Passion for sourcing and creative candidate engagement Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike #J-18808-Ljbffr Hydrogen UK Ltd
