Seasonal Forklift Driver PositionsPartners Personnel is seeking to fill Seasonal Forklift Driver positions with qualified, capable individuals. These positions are based in a fast-pace, high volume production facility in Woodland, CA. Our state-of-the-art Woodland facility uses advanced technology to process whole tomatoes into various products such as diced, crushed, stewed, sauces, and paste.This is a seasonal, on-site role that may require weekend work and occasional overtime. The position is part of a seniority-based union (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and typically involves working various shifts, 6 to 7 days a week during the peak season. Available to work during the months of July through October.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.May also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars or trailers.Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsCertified to operate a forklift.Must be able to work any of the three shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.Available to work during the months of July through OctoberReliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
