EDI Helpdesk Representative

Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, the EDI Helpdesk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing EDI-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of provider requests. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to EDI-related inquiries from healthcare providers Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues, escalating complex concerns as needed Conduct outbound follow-up communications to ensure timely resolution of provider requests Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Experience in healthcare operations, provider services, or claims processing preferred Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
