- Project ManagerApply**Job#: 3043472****Job Description:**Project Manager**Location:** Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)Duration: 12 monthsRole OverviewThis position involves coordinating and facilitating routines to support project delivery. The role requires planning and managing delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, including vertical and horizontal governance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as governance, kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.* Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.* Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.* Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.* Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, and schedule.* Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.* Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.* Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.* Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar field.**Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Tableau is required.**Professional Skills:** Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
